Collusion, arbitrage betting for bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, chargebacks, and any form of fraudulent account activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the biru77 platform, including all betting, casino, and lottery products offered therein. By accessing biru77, you acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2.4 The following persons are ineligible to register as Members and are prohibited from using the biru77 platform:
Age Verification: biru77 uses mandatory KYC procedures to verify the age and identity of all Members. Registration does not constitute full eligibility — your account will be restricted to deposits and play only; withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
3.1 To access the Services, you must complete the biru77 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with biru77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. biru77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 You must notify biru77 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.5 biru77 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where the Company suspects the information provided is false, incomplete, or fraudulent.
4.1 Prior to processing any withdrawal request, biru77 requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
4.2 biru77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle if required for compliance purposes.
4.3 KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days of submission. You will be notified via your registered contact details once verification is complete or if additional information is required.
4.4 Accounts for which KYC verification cannot be completed due to insufficient, inconsistent, or falsified documentation may be suspended and any balance held pending investigation.
biru77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation of receipt.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and per account tier. biru77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be frozen pending investigation. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting biru77 support constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
6.1 biru77 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and major sporting tournaments including the AFF Cup and BRI Liga 1 season opener. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all biru77 promotions:
6.3 Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously by circumventing this rule — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus balances.
7.1 All sportsbook bets placed on biru77 — including pre-match bets, live in-play bets, and accumulator (mix parlay) bets — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the biru77 sportsbook rules section, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 biru77 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds materially affected by an error (including pricing errors, feed errors, or data supplier errors) regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed. Affected Members will be notified and their stake returned.
7.3 All casino and slot games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by previous results, account activity, or any external factor. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are available in the individual game information panel.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live game or in-play betting session, biru77 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session. Where full restoration is not possible, bets and game rounds interrupted mid-play will be settled according to the applicable game-specific rules. biru77 assumes no liability for losses caused by connectivity issues on the Member's side.
7.5 Lottery products including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) are subject to the draw schedules, payout tables, and prize structures published within the biru77 lottery section. Draw results are final and non-disputable once officially published.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the biru77 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the biru77 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video — is the property of the Company or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the biru77 platform or its content.
10.1 biru77 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described therein.
10.2 biru77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud-prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or legitimate operational necessity.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, biru77 excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
11.2 biru77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 biru77 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Planned maintenance windows and unforeseen technical outages may occur. biru77 will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance via the platform.
11.4 You acknowledge that participation in online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited. biru77 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by Members.
12.1 biru77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no outstanding investigation is pending.
12.3 You may request to close your account at any time by contacting biru77 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days.
13.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the Company's licensing jurisdiction.
13.2 Nothing in this clause limits biru77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the platform.
14.1 biru77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice posted on the platform homepage or via the registered contact details on file for each account, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
14.2 Your continued use of the biru77 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
